- Non-perishable items (packaged goods) may be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Perishable goods after 24 hours of delivery
- Opened or used food products
- Items with broken seals
- Dairy, frozen, and meat products (unless quality issues are reported within 24 hours)
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Clearance or discounted items

3. Return Process

Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at support@zivdahonlinegrocery.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions. Returns without prior approval may not be processed.

Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number.

4. Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval of the return request.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
